Intrie Capital Acquires West Central Property – Plans To Open Brewery

Moultrie, GA. – A full-service development and investment firm, Intrie Capital, reimagines unoccupied land and existing structures to achieve the highest and best use. With the newly acquired building ownership and preliminary development plans to create jobs in the community, it will develop the first Brewery in Moultrie, Colquitt County. 

The company's founder and owner, Harrison Isaacs, has already invested capital in enhancement projects downtown and looks to continue with the upcoming brewery project. Develop Downtown Moultrie; it is the first-ever development plan for brewing operations in the area. The company brings along a desire to invest in communities--not just develop them. In addition to purchasing property, Intrie looks to partner with investors and brewmasters to strategically establish a company for brewing operations. 

The brewery plans to offer craft beer for distribution and on-site consumption in a thoughtfully designed taproom and outdoor seating area. The project is currently in the planning and design phase, with a detailed, formal announcement soon.
